CareNatal is seeking a part-time Healthcare Business Development Associate to lead outreach to OB/GYN clinics and healthcare practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales outreach, particularly in healthcare, and will be passionate about supporting moms. CareNatal is seeking a 100% remote business development associate (part-time) to lead outreach to OB/GYN clinics and other healthcare practitioners. CareNatal is at the forefront of innovation in prenatal vitamins, with their hero product, a nutritionally complete prenatal vitamin powder drink mix. With 25M+ views on social media and a fast growing business, they are eager to expand their team, specifically looking for moms to help them on their mission to serve soon-to-be moms!
This individual will be responsible for making connections with OB/GYN offices and other practitioners through phone calls and emails, to introduce them to the brand and offer free samples. This individual will also steward and maintain these relationships over time while working to build new contacts as well.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in conducting business development and sales outreach to healthcare providers. Ideally their experience is with reaching out to OB/GYNs. They should be ready to bring their expertise to a fast growing & exciting team. This person should have a strong foundation of values and ethics and cares about supporting moms. The ideal candidate has grit, excellent communication skills, can work independently, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to work at a company focused on serving moms. Ideally looking for someone who can grow in the role and earn more hours, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.
NOTE: This is a role that the CEO/founder will personally pour a lot of time and care into the person who fills this role to ensure their growth and success. There is also flexibility to shape the role in a way that is exciting and rewarding for the ideal candidate and their preferences!
NOTE: SIGNIFICANT CONSIDERATION GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WITH A BACKGROUND IN MEDICAL/PHARMA SALES or any other background where outreach to physicians and healthcare clinics was required.
Hours: 10-12 hours/week, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.
Pay: $25-30, based on qualifications and experience. (This role is not commission based because we are not selling prenatal vitamins, we are introducing the brand to provideres by offering brand one pager and free samples for patients.)
