Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1 year experience in long term care setting in resident trust management, admissions, utilization review and/or accounts receivable strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitors referrals for resident placement in collaboration with Administrator and DON.
• Facilitates placement and communication of new residents with facility staff.
• Initiates patient/resident medical records.(with provider coordination)
• Communicates with MDHHS and resident/family regarding applicable programs.
• Reviews admission contracts and notices, answers questions and obtains signatures.
• Verifies continuing insurance coverage each month for residents; assists with Medicaid re-authorization.
