Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Business Analyst to help research and analyze business operations, elicit and document requirements, and support changes to processes and information systems. You will work with internal customers and SMEs to ensure requirements traceability and effective rollout of new solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree; 3+ years in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of related experience.

• Elicit, document and track requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and information systems for intermediate level business problems.
• Develop and elicit requirements for departmental and some corporate projects as requested by internal/external customers; prepare business and functional requirements.
• Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and identified SMEs.
• Collaborate with project teams to adhere to solution scope and maintain requirements traceability.
