Job summary

Baltimore Medical System (BMS) is a nonprofit community-based provider in the Greater Baltimore area seeking a Financial Analysis Manager to strengthen budgeting and financial planning. You will lead operating and capital budgets, oversee month-end close, prepare projections, analyze variances, and support the CFO and Executive Team.

Requires a 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years in healthcare finance with GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related finance or accounting experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develops operating budget package with projections and staffing schedules.
• Tracks capital budget and coordinates budget development for Executives.
• Generates month-end reports including budget vs. actual and labor distribution.
• Performs revenue and expense analyses and supports audits and year-end close.
