Job summary

Reading Hospital is seeking a Budget Analyst to support the budgeting process under the Director of Budgeting/Financial Analysis/Reporting. You will set up and maintain budgets using Kaufman Hall Budget Advisor, and review physician practice operating budgets and expenses while helping shape future year budgets.

You will assist with ad hoc reporting, build robust monthly reports at practice and provider levels, and analyze financial data to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to complete and maintain required competencies and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and maintenance of the budget process using Kaufman Hall Budget Advisor.
• Review physician practices' operating budgets and expenses and assist with future-year budgets.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and build robust monthly reporting at practice and provider levels.
• Analyze financial data, supervise Financial/Reporting Analysts, and reconcile modules across core systems.
