Job summary

Batlin Recovery Center is opening a new residential treatment facility in Marshall, Missouri, and seeks a Business Development Representative who will cultivate referral networks, boost admissions, and ensure compliant marketing practices. The role requires collaborating with healthcare providers, insurers, and community partners to improve access to SUD treatment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years in business development, marketing, or admissions within healthcare or behavioral health.
• Familiarity with Missouri addiction treatment regulations and ethical marketing practices.
• CRM experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outreach initiatives to generate referrals and increase census.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, providers, and insurers.
• Educate partners on the facility’s treatment programs and services offered.
• Represent the facility at conferences, networking events, and community meetings to boost visibility.
• Track referral trends and market demand to optimize outreach strategies.
• Coordinate with admissions to ensure a seamless intake process for referred clients.
