CNSCares in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Business Development Manager to grow referrals by marketing CNSCares services and coordinating operations between hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and community health partners.

The role drives patient growth via marketing, events, and direct outreach, coordinates services for new patients, and supports authorization processes while upholding professional standards and representing the company at all times.

Formación

• At least 1 year in healthcare sales/marketing is required.
• Home health or hospice sales experience preferred.
• DoL/EEOICPA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrates new patient growth through marketing, events, and direct outreach to clients and professionals.
• Coordinates services for new patients discharged from hospitals into the home health program.
• Obtains authorization for home health services from primary physicians.
• Represents the company professionally and maintains professional relationships with health networks.
