Job summary

CNSCares is hiring a Business Development Manager in Albuquerque, NM to expand patient referrals and drive growth through targeted marketing and relationship-building with hospitals, physicians, and community partners.

The role carries a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 with uncapped monthly commission, travel up to 50%, and a benefits package including 401(k), healthcare, HSA, and PTO. Monday–Friday, full-time.

Qualifications

• At least one year of healthcare sales/marketing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new patient growth through marketing, events, and direct outreach to clients and health professionals.
• Coordinate services for new patients referred from hospitals and other sources into home health.
• Obtain authorizations for home health services from primary physicians.
• Build partnerships with community health service agencies and maintain professional relationships.
