Synergy Physical Therapy in Utah County is seeking a Business Development Manager to serve as the friendly link between patients, clinicians, and referral sources. The role emphasizes relationship-building with physicians, legal professionals, and community partners to grow clinic referrals and patient access.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in a patient care environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Empathetic, service-first mindset with excellent customer service instincts.
• Good organization and time management; able to stay on schedule.
• Valid, non-revoked driver’s license and on-site presence for visits.
• Working understanding of health insurance basics.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a prompt, compassionate patient experience from initial contact through evaluation and care.
• Coordinate Initial Evaluation visits and reschedule as needed.
• Follow up with patients after evaluations to ensure smooth experience and continuity of care.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with medical, legal, and community partners.
• Represent Synergy at health fairs, senior centers, and community events; travel locally as needed.
• Develop and execute territory plans; contribute to marketing themes and cross-channel messaging.
