Yardley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks a Business Office Manager to lead daily financial operations, including billing and collections, for a 170-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

The role oversees AR/AP, reporting, and regulatory compliance, partnering with residents and families to resolve billing questions while supporting department leaders to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Two years of bookkeeping or business office experience in healthcare.
• Experience with billing, collections, AR/AP, and financial records.
• Experience in Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, reimbursement, and financial practices.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Business Office operations: billing, collections, AR, AP, and records.
• Ensure accurate resident billing, reimbursements, and financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and payer rules.
• Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service to residents and families.
• Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting, audits, and month-end reporting.
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve efficiency and processes.
• Supervise and train Business Office staff, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
