Elkton Opco, LLC in Elkton, Kentucky is seeking a capable Business Office Manager to oversee billing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial records for our healthcare facility. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, and timely reporting to the Administrator.

You will supervise office staff, maintain resident trust ledgers, coordinate with department heads, and implement procedures to safeguard records while maximizing productivity with appropriate software.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years business office experience with emphasis on accounting principles.

Mansioni

• Manage billing processes in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Oversee records, accounting, billing, accounts payable and receivable, and inventory management.
• Direct invoicing of client services and ensure reimbursement from governmental payers and insurers.
• Ensure all bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile accounts and provide financial reports to Administrator upon request.
• Maintain resident trust ledgers to meet federal/state regulations and reconcile to bank statements.
• Maximize office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
• Adhere to Resident Rights guidelines and support administrative duties as assigned.
