Qualifications

• Education – HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or billing role.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve billing issues across multiple systems.
• Build trust with patients by delivering accurate information and guidance.
• Coordinate with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and insurers to resolve accounts.
• Meet call handling goals and maintain productivity standards.
• De-escalate dissatisfied patients and guide them through troubleshooting.
