Denova Collaborative Health is seeking a Billing Specialist - Admin to support the Engagement Center’s billing workflows. You will handle documentation, account maintenance, and responses to billing inquiries over the phone and digitally.

Responsibilities include insurance eligibility checks, statements, and updates to patient demographics and billing records while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy across systems. This role offers a path to hybrid remote work after onsite onboarding.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED; billing certification preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare billing or medical office administration.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Phone-based role; comfortable handling calls.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day billing operations, including documentation, account maintenance, and system updates.
• Respond to patient and partner billing inquiries by phone, email, and Teams with professional assistance.
• Assist patients with statements, balances, and approved adjustments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update demographics and billing records.
