Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Billing & Denial Specialist to manage all aspects of accounts receivable billing for Ambulatory Surgical Centers. The role supports accurate claim processing, timely follow-up, and clear communication with patients, insurers, and internal teams.

This full-time position offers hybrid work with potential for remote work after training. The team collaborates with i-Health divisions to deliver quality patient care and maintain CPT/ICD-10 coding compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in health insurance billing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patient and insurance inquiries related to receivables.
• Monitor and act on claims in the PMHST workflow queue.
• Collaborate with ASC teams and affiliated physician groups.
• Review and refile rejected claims as needed.
• Identify and resolve claim rejections using clearinghouse tools (Waystar and PMHST).
• Manage insurance denials through the workflow queue and denial management processes.
• Conduct follow-up on unprocessed insurance claims.
• Prepare and submit appeals for services that were not processed correctly.
• Review aging reports with leadership to determine next steps for unresolved claims.
• Communicate payer updates to leadership and team members.
• Maintain working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding guidelines.
