Job summary

LINET in Denver, CO is seeking a Field Service Technician I responsible for installation, troubleshooting and repair of LINET beds and related products in hospital settings. You will assist on customer installations and report any bed function failures to the Technical Support Team.

This role requires travel up to 80% and involves paperwork, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance on beds, stretchers and accessories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Advanced electro-mechanical repair and troubleshooting skillS.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service and interact with customers in a professional manner.
• Complete repair work for service related to electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems repairs as per established service standards and training.
• Assist on installations and complete routine preventative maintenance per service contracts.
• Document repairs and complete work orders with detailed notes and parts used.
• Sign-off on paperwork with facility representative and submit within 24 hours of completion.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on beds, stretchers and accessories per contracts and work orders.
• Understand product functionality and benefits to meet customer needs.
• Complete ongoing education on LINET products and technologies.
• Adhere to LINET Safety Procedures during maintenance and repairs.
• Wear PPE and ensure equipment is maintained and safe for operation.
