LINET is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, troubleshoot and repair LINET medical beds and equipment at hospital sites across the United States. You will assist with customer installations, report damages, and work within established standards while on site.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 5 years of electro-mechanical repair experience, and a valid driver's license; willingness to travel up to 80% is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years related experience and/or training.
• Advanced electro-mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high level of customer service and interact with customers in a professional manner.
• Complete repair work for service related to electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems repairs as per established service standards and training.
• Assist on installations and complete routine preventative maintenance per service contracts.
• Document repairs as completed per work orders with detailed descriptions and parts used, submitting within 24 hours of completion.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on beds, stretchers, OBTs, and other accessories.
• Understand product functionality and benefits for patient care and caregiver support.
• Complete ongoing education to stay current on LINET products and technologies.
• Adhere to LINET Safety Procedures during maintenance and repairs.
• Wear PPE as required; LINET provides equipment annually.
• Complete service van maintenance and inventory of tools and parts; report needs for service/repair.
• All other duties as assigned; regular attendance including nights/weekends/on-call may be required.
