Zusammenfassung

LINET in Denver, CO is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, troubleshoot and repair LINET and non-LINET products in hospital settings. You will support customer installations and report bed function issues to the Technical Support Team, helping restore bed functionality on-site.

This role requires high mechanical aptitude, ability to work with electronic/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and adherence to LINET Safety Procedures.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Advanced electro-mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver license; able to be insured.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Provide high level of customer service and interact with customers in a professional manner.
• Complete repair work for service related to electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems repairs as per established service standards and training.
• Assist with installations and perform routine preventative maintenance per service contracts.
• Document repairs with work orders, including evaluation, service or PM forms, and parts used, within 24 hours of completion.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on beds, stretchers, OBTs, and other items per contracts and work orders.
• Understand product functionality and benefits to meet patient and caregiver needs.
• Complete ongoing education to stay current on LINET products and technologies.
• Adhere to LINET Safety Procedures during maintenance and repairs.
• Wear PPE as required; LINET provides equipment annually.
• Maintain service van, tools, and parts inventory; report issues for repairs as needed.
