Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of work experience in a health care facility or clinic - Not Required.
• Two years of customer service experience - preferred / Not Required.
• Certified Medical Assistant - preferred/ Not Required.
• Experience with Windows based computer systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Front Office: Greet clients at the desk and explain paperwork.
• Front Office: Provide information and patient education on contraception options.
• Front Office: Schedule appointments and explain services and fees.
• Front Office: Maintain medical records and process contraceptive supply orders.
• Back Office: Inventory and stock supplies; ensure lab is well stocked.
• Back Office: Sterilize instruments and assist with patient education.
• Back Office: Perform basic lab tests and venipuncture; document results.
