Taylor Design, an employee-owned firm, is seeking a Healthcare Architecture Project Manager for our Sacramento office. The PM will ensure successful completion of projects from pre-design through construction administration, coordinating clients, subconsultants, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of experience, a degree in architecture/interior design (AEC), and proficiency with multiple delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent in an AEC field.
• 8–10+ years of professional office experience, leading teams and projects.
• Experience with multiple project delivery methods.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building; navigate client/agency challenges.
• Healthcare and/or Science/Technology knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure successful completion of one or more projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee project teams, assign work, and ensure proper execution.
• Serve as primary coordinator among clients, subconsultants, and internal teams.
• Define roles, align expectations, and adapt communication as needed.
• Manage projects from pre-design through construction administration.
