Responsibilities

• Lead project teams with oversight from a Project Director.
• Establish profitability, deliverables, and design goals across the project.
• Provide leadership at the project level with clients, staff, and consultants.
• Develop budgets and timelines; manage proposals and contracts; monitor financial progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, subconsultants and other disciplines to resolve issues.
• Support business development through proposals and interview preparation.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to firm-wide standards.
