Job summary

Taylor Design in Orange County, CA, is seeking a Healthcare Architecture Project Manager to lead complex healthcare projects. The role oversees scope, schedule, and budgets from pre-design through construction administration, coordinating clients, subconsultants and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent education in an AEC related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a professional office setting.
• Demonstrated history of success in leading a team and managing one or more projects, including the ability to monitor, adjust and maintain scope, schedule, and budgets of projects.
• Familiarity with multiple project delivery methods.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, including the ability to recognize and successfully navigate client and agency challenges and/or issues.
• Experience or knowledge of Health Care and or Science/Technology a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Healthcare Architecture Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of one or more projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget from pre-design through construction administration.
• Oversee project teams, assign work, and ensure it is properly completed.
• Coordinate among clients, subconsultants, and internal team members, defining roles and aligning expectations.
