The Healthcare Project Manager is responsible for successful completion of one or more projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget across all phases—from pre-design through construction administration. The Project Manager oversees project team(s) and assigns work, while guiding execution, and ensuring high-quality, timely completion. The Project Manager also serves as the primary point of coordination among clients, subconsultants, and internal team members, clearly defining roles and responsibilities, aligning expectations, and adapting communication as needed.
