Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and resources to support successful project execution.
Monitor project schedules and track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action-item logs.
Facilitate project meetings and follow up on assigned tasks and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and priorities.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to project managers and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve project processes and administrative efficiencies.
