  • Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and technical documentation for accuracy and quality.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource and architectural expert for project teams.
  • Manage client relationships and participate in project meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to support successful project delivery.
  • Identify project risks and develop effective solutions to address technical and design challenges.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews throughout project development.
  • Oversee construction administration activities, including site visits, submittal reviews, RFIs, and change order evaluations.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects, designers, and project staff.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client engagement activities.
  • Promote continuous improvement in design processes, project delivery methods, and architectural standards. Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and resources to support successful project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules and track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action-item logs.
  • Facilitate project meetings and follow up on assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and priorities.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes and administrative efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and project management standards.
  • Coordinate vendor activities and monitor deliverables when applicable.
  • Maintain project data and reporting within project management tools and systems.
  • Provides entry‑level project support by assisting with basic documentation, organization, and communication to help project teams maintain smooth workflows.
  • Strong commitment to upholding, promoting, and reinforcing ARCHSOL's standards, processes, values, and forward‑focused initiatives across all clients‑related activities.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Skills: Strong administrative and organizational abilities. Basic understanding of design phases and project workflows.
  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch); Licensed Architect required.
