You will assist with document management, meeting prep, note-taking, and distribution of project information, while upholding our standards and forward-thinking initiatives across client activities. This role requires strong administrative skills and familiarity with design phases.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience supporting architectural projects.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Basic understanding of design phases and project workflows.
• Experience with documentation and QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry-level project support through documentation, organization, and communication to keep workflows smooth.
• Uphold ARCHSOL standards and support QA/QC and document control procedures.
