CPL in Greensboro, NC, seeks a Senior Leader to drive growth of CPL's Healthcare Practice by cultivating strategic client relationships and leading major pursuits.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams in delivering patient-centered healthcare environments, mentor leaders, and shape strategy with CPL leadership. The role centers on executive oversight, project delivery, and impactful design outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Architecture and Professional Licensure (RA).
• 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading healthcare projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Proven success developing healthcare client partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and growing a project pipeline.
• Strong understanding of healthcare facility planning, design, construction, regulatory requirements, and project delivery.
• Experience working with healthcare systems, hospitals, ambulatory care facilities, specialty clinics, behavioral health facilities, or other healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and development of CPL's Healthcare Practice within the marketplace.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare systems, hospitals, physician groups, administrators, and industry partners.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities while expanding existing client partnerships.
• Direct business development efforts including networking, conferences, industry involvement, and proposal development.
• Provide executive oversight of multiple projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
