Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Architecture and RA licensure.
• 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading healthcare projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Proven success developing healthcare client partnerships and growing project pipelines.
• Strong understanding of healthcare facility planning, design, construction, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with healthcare systems, hospitals, ambulatory facilities, and related environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and business acumen.

• Lead CPL's Healthcare Practice growth by cultivating client relationships and pursuing opportunities.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients on facility planning, visioning, and strategic decisions.
