CPL is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the growth of its Healthcare Practice in the Columbia, SC market. You will cultivate strategic client relationships, lead pursuits, and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered environments.

With 12+ years of architectural experience and RA licensure, you will mentor rising leaders, influence strategy, and strengthen CPL's reputation as a trusted partner for health systems and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Architecture and RA licensure.
• 12+ years in architecture with 5+ years leading healthcare projects.
• Proven ability to grow healthcare client partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of facility planning, design, regulatory reqs.
• Experience with healthcare systems, hospitals, ambulatory facilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication.
