Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• 4+ years of experience working in an architecture firm.
• Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Experience or interest in healthcare-focused design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of construction documents and detailed project drawings communicating design intent and technical requirements.
• Collaborate across groups to ensure cohesive project delivery and address design and construction issues.
• Attend client meetings, review early space plans, and provide design feedback.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants to align architectural and engineering solutions.
• Develop plans, elevations, and details illustrating design concepts and materials.
• Produce construction documents and specifications aligned with approved design intent.
• Lead document revisions during construction to address field conditions and questions.
• Review subcontractor submissions for alignment with design intent and project docs.
• Attend job site meetings to review construction elements and furnishing placements.
• Participate in punch list processes and follow up on items requiring correction.
