The role emphasizes Revit expertise, client relations, and mentorship of junior staff within a hybrid Charlotte setting with a contract-to-hire path.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect is a must.
• 8+ years of architectural experience with progressive project leadership.
• Healthcare project experience preferred, broader large-scale projects considered.
• Advanced Revit proficiency.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and technical documentation.
• Experience leading projects through construction administration.
• Proven ability to manage clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• SketchUp, 3D visualization, LEED, or sustainability experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, technical development, and delivery of healthcare and complex commercial projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building relationships and providing creative solutions.
• Guide projects from early planning through construction administration.
• Produce and oversee high-quality construction documents using Revit.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Drive quality control, technical excellence, and project performance throughout all phases.
• Mentor and support junior architects while fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Participate in client presentations, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to keep teams aligned and projects moving forward.
