Job summary

Selectek is seeking an Architectural Designer to support healthcare facility projects from design through construction documentation. The role centers on producing high-quality construction documents in Revit while collaborating with project architects, managers, and clients.

A strong technical background and experience with healthcare or complex commercial projects are required, though licensure is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural models and construction documents using Revit.
• Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details.
• Assist project teams through all phases of project delivery, focusing on design development and documentation.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Support project schedules and deliverables, respond to RFIs, and review submittals.

We are seeking a detail oriented Architectural Designer to support the development of healthcare facility projects from design through construction documentation. This role will focus heavily on producing high-quality construction documents using Revit while collaborating closely with project architects, project managers, and clients. The ideal candidate has strong technical production skills, experience working on healthcare or complex commercial projects, and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment. Architectural licensure is not required for this position. Develop and maintain architectural models and construction documents using Revit. Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details. Assist project teams through all phases of project delivery, with an emphasis on design development and construction documentation. Coordinate architectural drawings with consultants, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Ensure drawing accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and project standards. Support project architects and project managers in meeting project schedules and deliverables. Participate in project meetings and maintain communication with clients as needed. Incorporate client feedback and design revisions into project documentation. Assist with construction administration activities, including responses to RFIs and review of submittals, as required.
