All Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Collector I to join the Finance Department. The role focuses on invoicing, payment processing, and accounts receivable activities to ensure revenue integrity. You will work closely with our Providers, Clients, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounting, solid MS Office skills, and experience with Sage Intacct. Bachelor's degree is preferred, with opportunity for professional growth.

• Proven experience as Collector I or similar role.

Mansioni

• Generate and send invoices to clients as assigned.
• Follow up on and allocate incoming payments.
• Follow up on VMS invoices as assigned.
• Perform billing, collection and reporting tasks within deadlines.
• Conduct account reconciliations and monitor AR aging.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly metrics and reports for management.
• Manage multiple projects under supervision.
• Ensure attendance and punctuality for work duties.
• Handle client inquiries and communicate via phone or email.
