Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing paperwork and patient statements.
• Post and reconcile payments; track and follow up on balances.
• Monitor aging reports and coordinate with offices for collections.
• Provide accurate data for month-end reconciliations and reporting.
• Maintain confidential patient information per HIPAA guidelines.
