Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 2 years in accounting.
• Experience with accounts receivable, billing, and cash posting.
• Proficient with Sage Intacct preferred.
• Strong Excel/Office suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices.
• Follow up on payments and credits.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Monitor aging and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly metrics.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email.
• Maintain AR files and records.
• Process credit card payments and deposits.
