CVS Health, via its Omnicare unit, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collector to manage past-due consumer balances and support timely collections across long-term care clients. You will interact with customers to resolve balances, document activity, and coordinate payment solutions in compliance with policies and regulations.

You will contact customers, review account histories, explain balances and due dates, and negotiate arrangements while maintaining accuracy and empathy.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in accounting/collections role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing systems.
• Arizona or Ohio residency; Arizona Time 7am-3:30pm, Monday–Friday

Responsabilités

• Contact customers by phone, email, or written correspondence regarding past-due balances.
• Review account history, billing details, and payment status.
• Explain balances, due dates, and payment options clearly.
• Negotiate payment arrangements within guidelines.
• Document all collection activity in the systems.
• Research issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Monitor accounts and follow up to reduce aging balances.
• Escalate complex accounts per procedures.
