CVS Health's Omnicare division seeks a Business-to-Business Accounts Receivable Collector to manage a portfolio of healthcare-related receivables in a fast-paced environment. You will maximize cash flow, resolve balances, and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance with FDCPA, HIPAA and company policies.

The role requires 1–2 years in accounting/collections, proficiency in Word/Excel, and a willingness to travel.

Formación

• 1–2 years in accounting, financial or collections role.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to manage documentation and correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of B2B receivables and drive timely resolution of balances.
• Contact clients by phone, email and written correspondence to resolve delinquencies.
• Identify accounts for delinquency improvement and plan follow‑ups.
• Develop resolution strategies including payment arrangements and settlements.
• Review contracts and documentation to ensure compliant collection activity.
• Research and document account issues, billing discrepancies and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to improve collections.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activity and communications.
• Monitor trends and suggest process improvements.
• Demonstrate professionalism and customer relationship management toward goals.
