Responsibilities

• Identify accounts for delinquency improvement and prioritize follow-up.
• Develop and execute collection strategies including payment arrangements and settlements.
• Review contracts and documentation to ensure compliant collection activity.
• Document issues, reconciliations, and payment activity in systems.
