CVS Health is seeking a full-time Business-to-Consumer Accounts Receivable Collector in Arizona. You will manage past-due consumer balances, communicate with customers via phone and email, and document actions to resolve delinquencies in compliance with regulations.

The role requires 1–2 years in accounting/collections, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and residency in Arizona or Ohio. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm Arizona Time, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting, financial, and/or collections-based role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and account management or billing systems.
• Resides in Arizona or Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone, email, or written correspondence regarding past-due balances.
• Review account history and payment status to determine resolution options.
• Negotiate payment arrangements within approved guidelines and document activities accurately.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations and support reporting needs.
