Job summary

Omnicare, a CVS Health business, is hiring for a Business-to-Business Accounts Receivable Collector in Arizona. This role manages a portfolio of B2B receivables in a fast-paced healthcare environment and collaborates with clients and internal teams to maximize cash flow and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in accounting/collections, proficiency in MS Office, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to account resolution and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting, financial, and/or collections-based role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business-to-business receivables and drive timely resolution of outstanding balances.
• Contact clients by phone, email, and written correspondence to resolve delinquent balances.
• Identify targeted accounts for delinquency improvement and prioritize follow-up activity.
• Develop and execute account resolution strategies, including promissory notes, payment arrangements, release agreements, and settlements.
• Review customer contracts and account documentation to support compliance and appropriate collection activity.
• Research, reconcile, and document account issues, billing discrepancies, and payment activity.
• Partner with internal teams and leadership to address barriers to collection and improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of collection activity and resolutions in internal systems.
• Monitor trends and provide recommendations for process improvement.
