Job summary

TeleTracking Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA to manage delinquent accounts, perform collections outreach, and maintain accurate AR records.

The role supports the Cash Applications team and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in collections, billing experience, and a Bachelor’s degree (or high school with relevant experience).

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of collections experience.
• Experience with billing and accounts receivable systems is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence clients on collection terms.
• Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve collections efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead collections activities and contact customers by phone and email to collect delinquent invoices.
• Update CRM and AR records with all communications and payment status.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications and AR teams to reconcile payments and post to ledgers.
• Produce ad hoc reports and update standard procedures for collections workflows.
