Job summary

AMG Integrated Healthcare Management is seeking an Applications Analyst to support software applications and data analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to implement innovative solutions, improve business processes, and deliver actionable insights. This role reports to the Applications and BI Manager.

This is not a remote or hybrid position. Located in Lafayette, LA, you will work on-site with the corporate team and healthcare facilities to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Informatics or related field.
• Two+ years in applications analysis and reporting roles.
• Healthcare industry experience desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support new and existing software applications with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Maintain systems: install, configure, maintain, and support applications.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant access controls across systems.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into application specifications.
• Develop SQL queries to extract data for reporting and insights.
• Design and deploy reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Create and update technical docs and user guides; train end users.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure availability and interoperability.
• Provide after-hours support for urgent issues as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies.
