Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Services or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of IT or analytical clinical discipline experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, teamwork and time-management skills.
• Able to exercise tact and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to complete projects independently and solve complex problems.
• Understanding of healthcare organizations, ancillary systems, and health system operations.

Responsabilités

• Design, build/configuration, testing, validation, documentation and ongoing support for Healthcare applications.
• Investigate, recommend solutions and implement processes to reduce issues.
• Coordinate complex projects or work streams within the project scope.
• Complete tasks based on defined milestones and support requirements.
• Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflows.
• Review system performance indicators and locate problems; escalate when needed.
