Qualifications

  • Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant healthcare IT experience required.
  • EPIC Certification within 1 year is required.
  • Experience configuring the EHR system and building workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Recommends, plans, evaluates and translates clinical practice, operations, policy and procedures into electronic content and workflows.
  • Configures the electronic health record system to improve operations, standardize processes, gain workflow efficiencies and improve patient care.
  • Builds reports and workflows and tests work of self and others as needed.
  • Coordinates the activities of application-level team and participates in upgrade processes.
