Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required or equivalent.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with healthcare exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounts payable operations and fixed assets accounting.
• Lead capital processes including approvals, budgeting, and project reporting.
• Direct and prioritize daily activities of the AP team to improve efficiency.
• Train and develop leadership and stakeholders on AP systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support month‑end close and financial reporting; maintain strong vendor relationships.
