Blend360 is seeking a Strategic Engagement Lead with healthcare industry expertise to manage strategic initiatives for a key client. You will guide thought leadership, oversee cross-functional analytic engagements, and coordinate with senior client leadership to drive success.

Ideal candidates bring 4–8 years in Professional Services, 3+ years in project management, and strong BI/data architecture knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of Professional Services experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of Healthcare Payer/Insurance industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of Data Science and Data Architecture concepts.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and Tableau functionalities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven client relationship management experience.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose viable solutions.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client senior leadership on multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Provide strategic thought leadership and solutioning for key initiatives.
• Manage client fulfillment teams through end-to-end delivery.
• Identify cross-sell and growth opportunities within accounts.
• Interface with client leadership to shape impactful strategies.
