Prominence Advisors is seeking an Interim Director of Analytics to join our healthcare IT team. You will lead analytics strategy, drive reporting projects, and influence data platform decisions for health systems and providers.

The role requires extensive data architecture leadership, collaboration across client teams, and a hands-on approach to delivering high-quality insights while maintaining a culture of candor and results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data architecture or related leadership experience.
• Healthcare data experience including EHR/interoperability.
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise data platforms, with Databricks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and modernize data platforms for healthcare clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams within a matrix organization and influence without direct reporting lines.
• Define reporting requirements and ensure successful delivery of analytics projects.
