Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Associate in the Clinical Insights team to lead end-to-end delivery of analytics products. You will own data pipelines, client-facing apps, and the Insights Agent platform, collaborating with healthcare clients and clinical teams to translate feedback into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes architectural design, platform development, and customer-facing delivery in a remote-friendly environment, with a focus on performance and rapid iteration.

Formación

• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of software development experience with full-stack ownership of a production product.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment and configuration of Insights applications across multiple client engagements.
• Design and build LLM agent capabilities on the IAA platform.
• Maintain and extend Docker-based mono repo deployment infrastructure and CI/CD (Jenkins).
• Work with AWS data lake infrastructure (Athena, S3, RDS) to support client data pipelines.
• Translate feedback into architectural and UX decisions; this is a product-ownership role.
• Drive quality, performance, and delivery speed across multiple engagements.
