Job summary
Huron is seeking a Senior Full Stack Lead Engineer for Market Insights, guiding the technical direction of an AI-enabled analytics platform from data layer to user interfaces. This hands-on leadership role combines coding, architecture, and mentorship of a talented team to deliver scalable, secure solutions on AWS.
You will work closely with product management, data science, and data engineering to embed AI features, improve performance, and drive rapid, high-quality delivery in a healthcare
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience across front end and back end.
- 3+ years leading or mentoring engineers.
- Experience applying AI/ML in production analytics products.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development across stack: front end, APIs, data layer.
- Set architecture for scalability, security, and performance of AWS analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with product on roadmap using Agile practices.
- Embed AI/ML features into analytics products (predictive models, NL interfaces, insights).
- Partner with data scientists to productionize ML models.
- Evaluate LLM tools with data privacy and healthcare compliance in mind.
- Design ETL/data pipelines for dashboards and reports.
- Work with AWS data services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, Athena).
- Uphold data governance and healthcare data standards.
- Mentor engineers and improve engineering practices.
