Job summary

Huron in the United States is seeking a Solution Advancement Engineer to own healthcare analytics products end-to-end—from data pipeline through client-facing apps—and contribute to the Insights Agent (IAA) platform. You’ll work directly with healthcare clients and clinical consultants to translate feedback into product decisions and architecture.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience with ownership of a production product.
• Strong proficiency in Python; working proficiency in R for Shiny analytics apps.
• Experience with LLM/agent-based application development.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployment, including rollback procedures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Insights applications across client engagements from data pipeline to client QC and sign-off.
• Contribute core engineering to the Insights Agent (IAA) platform with design and architecture input.
• Build and deploy interactive applications using R (Shiny) and Python via Posit Connect and Docker mono repo.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients and clinical consultants to translate requirements into software and architecture.
• Influence platform decisions and drive quality, performance, and delivery speed across multiple engagements.
