Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, quality management, or related field.
- 5+ years in healthcare administration, quality intelligence, or related area.
- Familiar with HEDIS/NCQA payer programs preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality measurement and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of enterprise-wide quality reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and data teams to drive improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across programs.
- Translate analytics into actionable improvement strategies for leaders.
